What we run for you
LariHub is done for you: we set up the whole platform for your event. Across the five events on the current platform, 1,990 paid orders came through it and 97.7% of kits were handed over at the counter.
- KM 0
Registration
A branded registration page for your event: individual and group entries (one person can pay for a whole family or team), categories, jersey sizes with a surcharge for big sizes, extra jerseys, relay teams, and parental consent for under-18s. Runners check out as guests; nobody has to create an account.
- KM 1
Payment
FPX online banking through Billplz. Every buyer gets a confirmation e-mail with a QR code; unpaid orders get reminders and expire on their own, so slots never stay blocked. Paid status comes straight from the gateway, not from screenshots of bank transfers.
- KM 2
Kit collection
A kit counter that runs on your volunteers’ phones: scan the QR or search a name, IC or phone number, hand over the whole group from one card, and a second claim is refused. A supervisor can undo a mistake; a printed A–Z list is the fallback if the signal drops.
- KM 3
E-certificates
One template per category, uploaded by you. Runners download their own certificate as PNG or PDF with their order number, and one e-mail tells every buyer it is ready.
- FINISH
Dashboard and net profit
Live sales, print counts by jersey size and sleeve (with a login for your printer that shows no personal data), tracked links and commission for clubs and influencers, e-mail delivery, and a net-profit page that subtracts fees, gateway charges, commission and the costs you enter.
Where the money goes
Two ways, depending on whether you have your own Billplz account. Both can be checked against Billplz.
- You have a Billplz account
- Billplz splits every FPX payment as it happens: 95% lands in your account and 5% in LariHub’s, at the same moment. No invoice, no waiting for us.
- You don’t have one yet
- Participants pay into LariHub’s Billplz account. After registration closes you are paid from a statement that checks every order against its Billplz bill. FunWalk Santuni Madani and Neon Beach Night Run were paid out in full this way.
Pricing
After setup you pay only when participants pay. No monthly fee, no contract.
Worked examples and a profit calculator are on our Malay pages: Harga and Kos dan harga tiket.
- One-time setup
- RM1,500
- Build and launch your event platform. Payable 50/50.
- Service fee
- 5%
- Of every Billplz bill, including extra jerseys and postage.

Events that ran on LariHub
Every figure is from our database, paid participants only. The largest platform event, Daly’a Colour Run 2026 in Kota Bharu, had 1,343 paid participants; Kelate Friendship Run sold 400/400 run slots 13 days early. Full case studies are in Malay: Kajian kes.

What stays with you
We would rather say this up front than surprise you on race day.
- Route, permits and approvals (for a public run, permission from the Sports Commissioner’s Office through eROSA; see our Malay permit guide with official sources).
- Marshals, medical standby, water stations and the start and finish set-up.
- Race timing and results: LariHub does not provide chip timing.
- Your volunteers on kit day; we prepare the counter guide they use.
Questions organisers ask
Do runners need an account?
No. Runners register and pay as guests on your event page. Their QR code and order number arrive by e-mail.
Where does the participants’ money go?
If you have your own Billplz account, every payment is split by Billplz at the moment it is made: 95% to your account, 5% to LariHub. If you do not have one yet, LariHub collects for you and pays you from a statement checked against every Billplz bill.
How much does it cost?
RM1,500 one-time setup (payable 50/50), 5% of every Billplz bill (including extra jerseys and postage), and RM1.25 FPX per transaction, which is Billplz’s charge, not LariHub’s. There is no monthly fee and no contract.
Can LariHub run a virtual run?
Registration, payment, the dashboard and e-certificates are ready. Proof-of-run upload and checking are built for your event on request; they are not an off-the-shelf module.
Do you handle permits, routes or timing?
No. The organiser keeps the route, permits, marshals, medical team and race timing. LariHub handles registration, payment, kit day and certificates so you have time for the rest.
Which language are the registration pages in?
Bahasa Melayu, which is what our organisers’ runners use. This English page is for organisers and partners who prefer to read in English.
